Shipping
Which countries do you ship to?
AMS ships worldwide except to: Afghanistan, Algeria, China, Georgia, Iran, Iraq, Israel, Japan, Korea, Kuwait, Malaysia, Morocco, Oman, Romania, Saudi-Arabia, Singapore, Syria, Turkey, Ukraine, United Arab Emirates, and Yemen. You can expect to receive your order within 31 business days from the shipment date.
Do you have tracking on your shipments?
Tracked shipments are available for an additional fee at checkout. Delivery typically takes 31 business days. If you haven't received your purchase after 31 days, please get in touch with us again. Tracking doesn't fully cover Canada and is unavailable for New Zealand and Tasmania.
What happens if I put the wrong address on my order?
Address changes are only possible before processing. If it has been shipped, we cannot be responsible for reshipping.
Do you use discrete shipping?
Yes, all packages ship discreetly at no extra charge with no visible company or product information.
How much are shipping costs?
Free shipping worldwide is offered. Track and Trace costs USD 14.50.
Do you guarantee the arrival of my purchase?
Guaranteed delivery applies only to customers who selected Track & Trace. Free shipping includes no delivery guarantee and customers forfeit any right to a refund or reshipment.
How long is the shipping time?
Orders ship within one business day after processing. European orders typically arrive within 21 business days; outside Europe, 31 business days.
What should I do if I have not received my order after 31 business days?
Contact support with your shipping address confirmation. Reshipment eligibility requires Track & Trace selection. Customers choosing reshipment forfeit refund rights if the second shipment fails.
What if the seeds get damaged during shipment?
If your seeds are crushed, please send us a photo of the damaged seeds, and we will send you replacements.
Payments
How do I pay with a bank transfer?
Transfer to ABN AMRO Bank (Diemen, Netherlands). Account: E-BIZZ GROUP B.V., IBAN NL53 ABNA 0822 3461 09, SWIFT: ABNANL2A. Payments within Europe take up to 48 hours to be processed. Outside of Europe, it usually takes 3 to 4 business days.
How can I pay if my bank will not allow me to make international transactions?
Bank transfers, on average, are received within five business days but can also take up to 10 business days. If the order number isn't included, our staff will connect the transfer to verify it.
Can I pay with a prepaid credit card?
Prepaid cards are accepted if enabled for international transactions. Some prepaid credit cards are restricted to U.S. use only and cannot be charged for international orders.
How do I pay with Cash?
Send cash via registered mail to: G.S.L., Postbus 23, C/Mestre Ferrer Guàrdia 21, 46240 Carlet, Valencia, Spain. All currencies accepted, but please do not send coins.
How long will it take before you receive my international cash payment?
Cash sent via post can take up to several weeks. Orders update from pending to processing once received.
How do I know if you have received my domestic cash payment?
Contact support with your shipping address confirmation for status verification.
What is the most secure and discrete way to pay for my order?
The most discrete payment options available are cryptocurrency and cash.
How can I change my payment method after placing an order?
Message support to cancel the current order, then place a new order with your preferred payment method.
Returns and Refunds
Can I send my seeds back for an exchange or refund?
Due to quality control, we cannot accept returned seeds for a refund or an exchange.
Is there a deadline for contacting you about seeds I did not receive?
Customers have up to 60 days from the date of shipment to claim their package as lost to receive a replacement or refund.
Is there a deadline for me to contact you about seeds that have not germinated?
Customers have up to 90 days from the date of shipment to notify us about a growing problem to receive a reshipment of seeds.
